The Other Guys Rant

The Other Guys is a 2010 buddy action comedy movie Starring Will Ferrell and Mark Wahlberg in supporting roles with cameos from Samuel L. Jackson and Dwayne Johnson. This movie is a satire on Buddy Cop Action movies and is supposed to be funny, but it's not. It's really and seriously unfunny.  This movie is so bad that it's maddening. This is an awful awful movie. This movie is several seemingly connected scenes strung together. This movie is just plain awful. I went in expecting to laugh, but at no point did I laugh or even chuckle. The alleged joke was a nerdy annoying loser has a hot wife and is a chick magnet. Ha ha, so funny? This is the level we are dealing with. Why the heck is that funny? This movie was so bad that it was angering. It genuinely made me mad and irritated.  When you go in with high expectations and are served pure unadulterated cringe, of course, you get angry. This movie was so cringe and painfully unfunny, it physically hurt to watch this movie.
